The Doctoral Colloquium is a part of the POMS India International Conference 2025. The colloquium will provide a platform for the scholarly exchange of innovative thoughts and clarify individual doubts from production and operations management experts. The colloquium is planned on the first day (13th December 2025) of the POMS India International Conference 2025 at IIM Sambalpur, India. It also features three doctoral paper awards.

The colloquium is open to all PhD students from India and abroad. The doctoral students must submit a full-length paper on the conference’s theme, “Reimagining Global Supply Chains through Strategic Capabilities: Toward a Net-Positive and Resilient Future”. All full paper submissions will undergo a rigorous peer review and will receive individual feedback for paper improvement.

Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published, accepted for publication for any other journal. Maximum word length is 5000 words.

The entire manuscript (including cover page, abstract, main text, exhibits, appendices, and references) should be included in one document. All author related information – name, affiliation, and contact details should be mentioned only in the cover page and any information conveying identification of the author(s) (including name, affiliation, and acknowledgements) must be removed from the manuscript.
