General Rate Information
The above rates are subject to applicable tax which is currently 12.5% per room, per night, and is subject to change without notice.

Individual Call-in
Name changes may be made to room reservations prior to arrival at the established group rate at no charge, if there is no change to the arrival and departure dates.

Early Departure Fee
In the event that a guest has requested a room within the group's block checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early checkout fee to that guest's individual account.  Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advice the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
